Wedding stationery and invitations do not have to just be static pieces of paper and card, but can be something fun and interactive guests can play with.
A wedding ceremony can be lengthy, however one of our couples wanted guests to fool around. We added strategic dotted lines to the wedding order of service to make the perfect paper plane.
A popular trend at the moment are cootie catchers or fortune teller wedding menus, bringing us all back to our childhood. We added a bit of sparkle to this one by using shimmer paper and rose gold foiling to all the text, giving an elegant fun feel.
Scratch cards are hot at the moment and can be used in any theme, colour, style or item of stationery. In this case each guest was given a different Mr. Men or Little Miss character, with the table they are sitting at under the scratch sticker.
One of our favourite invitations was the Martha Stewart decoder invitation and we modified this a bit with the blue shimmer folder and rose gold ribbon. We also decided to make a magnifying glass with a message instead of the “3D” glasses. This is perfect for any type of invitation and such fun.
